摘要: 通过分析地面预注浆循环过程,发现水的稀释作用与注浆材料的物理、化学污染是导致钻井液性能不稳定、钻井液材料消耗高的根本原因,结合工程实际情况从工艺、材料、管理等方面提出了钻井液降耗措施,并在工程施工中采用由旋流除砂器、离心机等固控设备串联构成三级钻井液净化循环工艺,取得了较好的除砂、除泥效果,钻井液性能得到有效控制。

Abstract: In this paper, the author analyzed the cycle of surface pre-grouting, found that unstable of drilling fluid properties and high materials consumption in drilling process were caused by dilution of water, physical, chemical pollution of grouting materials. Put forward proposals to reduce drilling fluid materials consumption from process control, using new materials and management control. Good engineering effects were obtained by using three level control processes.
